The majority of my time this month was spent finding a replacement tenant for a unit coming up on April 1. That took a bit of massage on the rental price to see what the market would bear. Once we got the market price right, the people came flocking and at times we had open houses with three prospects each.

We had a fun little exercise on week 3 with our driveway stone falling into a sewer clean out. The result was sewage backing up on the property. Note a cool thing. But, thanks to the good relations with my plumbers, they came quickly and we figured out a way to get it flowing again.
